Asa Formula Return Policy 

At Asa Formula, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible items. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and fair return process while maintaining the integrity of our skincare line.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be unused, with all seals intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products; however, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To resolve the issue promptly, we require clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number. Please reach out to us at info@asaformula.com for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or promotional items.

If you have questions regarding a specific product, we encourage you to contact us before making a purchase.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend initiating a return for the original purchase and placing a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at info@asaformula.com.
